It's average, works if you filter well but I don't trust it blind because of the fake complaints.
In short. Sustitutas MX (mx.sustitutas.com) is a site in the classifieds category that works in all of Mexico (mainly Mexico City, Tijuana, León, Puebla, Guadalajara and 4 more cities). What I checked: some verified photos; direct contact with every advertiser; free for visitors; works without signing up; only partly verifies identity; lightly moderated client reviews; reporting is possible but hard. Advertiser rates: 300 to 3,500 MXN. Warning: Reddit mentions that many of the profiles are fake. Don Catador score: 6.8 out of 10 (fair); verification 5.5, profile quality 6.0, ease of use 7.0, price transparency 7.5, coverage 7.0, safety and privacy 8.5. Reviewed on September 25, 2026.

Don Catador's take on Sustitutas MX
Sustitutas MX has listings in several big Mexican cities with filters by city, service, and rate so you can search without wasting time. Dedicated sections for trans escorts and male escorts. Rates show between 300 and 3500 pesos on the profiles that list them. Direct contact, no sign-up.
What stood out is some listings include short descriptions with nationality and services, but profile verification is only partial and there's no clear update date. Some ads skip the rate entirely, so you end up asking anyway. The pages show decent activity in Queretaro and Guadalajara, and Mexico City too.
The interface feels practical on the phone. Filters respond fast and contact is one tap away. No pop-up windows or aggressive ads.
The doubt comes from comments saying several profiles don't look real. It's not all bad, but you have to filter carefully before reaching out.
It works if you're in one of the covered cities and want filtered options without hassle. Just don't trust it blind. For something safer, check other options.
Catador score: 6.8.
Is Sustitutas MX legit?
With some caveats. The site only partially verifies identity and age of advertisers, but there's no clear way to know if ads are active or abandoned. Reddit mentions plenty of profiles that seem fake, though the site claims it only accepts independent adult accounts. No update dates on the listings, so some could be outdated.
Is Sustitutas MX safe?
No reports of advance scams or extortion linked to the site. Direct contact with the advertiser and some profiles note they don't ask for deposits. No forced sign-up or notification traces, and no ads pushing weird installs.
Catador's tip: never pay in advance, and confirm with a phone call before you meet. How to avoid scams
